Refunds and Exchanges Policy
- We do not have a provision to refund or exchange tickets thru online or phone. Please do visit theater's box office one hour before the original show time and date of the ticket for refund or exchange.
- Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre's box office one hour before the original show time and date of the ticket.
- Once the original date and show time of the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. Convenience fees cannot be refunded.
- For premiere and release weekend showtimes, ticket purchases are final and not refundable.
- Refunds for unused tickets cannot be made after the feature start time.
- Tickets purchased through Fandango must be refunded through Fandango.
