Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre's box office one hour before the original show time and date of the ticket. Convenience fees cannot be refunded.

Once the original date and show time of the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. 

For premiere and release weekend showtimes, ticket purchases are final and not refundable.

Refunds for unused tickets cannot be made after the feature start time.

If any show is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund for the full purchase price of your tickets. If you have any questions, please submit a request or talk to the theater manager at the box office.


 

Refunds for Tickets Purchased through Fandango

Tickets purchased through Fandango must be refunded through Fandango.

Online Tickets Policy

To pick up online purchased tickets, Customer has to present the physical credit card/debit card used for the purchase of transaction. If the customer is unable to provide the card used for purchase the transaction will be refunded and customer has to make a new purchase.

 

 

Ticket Prices

Ticket prices vary by a movie and showtime. Ticket prices can be viewed by clicking on a showtime for the movie you’d like to see.

Latest movie showtimes and ticket prices will be online at cinelounge.com and tickets can be purchased online.

 

Child & Senior Ticket Policy

Policy for Child ticket is age 2 to 12 and a Senior Citizen’s ticket is age 60 and over.

 

Theatre Policies

No Smoking This theater is smoke-free environment. Guests refrain from smoking cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes or any other substance while in the building.

Reserved Seating Guests sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.

Outside Food or Drinks Guests refrain from bringing in outside food or beverages.

Lost and Found We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or recovered personal items. Before leaving the auditorium, please check around your seat for any personal belongings. For any assistance, contact theater staff.

Bags & Packages Policy Safety is a priority and guests refrain from bringing in large purses, bags or backpacks into the facility.

Film Theft/Piracy Theater enforces the prohibition on film piracy supported by local state and federal law, the MPAA, NATO and the FBI. The videotaping or photographing of any portion of a film is not tolerated. At the discretion of the manager, an offending patron may be removed from the theater or subject to arrest.

Disruptive Patrons Guests refrain from talking or communicating in any manner that disturbs other guests.

Parents/Adult Guardians monitor children brought into the theater to ensure they are not disruptive to other guests.

Profanity and/or rude behavior is not permitted.

If our management staff discovers patrons who are disruptive in the theater, at their discretion, the management may give the offending patrons a warning or ask them to leave.
